Flower Delivery in Abu Dhabi

Order by 11 PM UAE time and we deliver in Abu Dhabi the same day. Here's how to book it in the cart:

1. Choose Delivery, then pick Abu Dhabi as the emirate.
2. Choose Today. Ordering ahead? Choose Tomorrow, or Schedule to pick a later date.
3. Pick a time slot. Abu Dhabi deliveries run in four slots: 10 AM–2 PM, 2–6 PM, 6–9 PM and a late slot, 9 PM–12 AM.

Need it sooner? In Abu Dhabi, tick Fast Delivery on the product page and we deliver within 2 hours (AED 30).

Each slot takes a limited number of orders. On busy days such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, slots can fill up early, so book as soon as you know the date. If you order after the cut-off, your flowers go out the next day, or on any later date you choose.

We deliver to all seven emirates. Here's when your flowers arrive and when to order:

Delivery is free anywhere in the UAE on orders over AED 200. Orders up to AED 200 pay AED 35, shown at checkout before you pay.

We deliver the same day to every area of Abu Dhabi outside Al Ain and Al Dhafra, including:

• Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZ)
• Khalifa City
• Al Raha
• Al Shamkha
• Yas Island
• Saadiyat Island
• Al Reem Island
• Al Khalidiyah and the Corniche
• Baniyas

To help the delivery go smoothly, add the recipient's name and mobile number when you order, so we can reach them at the delivery time.

Flowers for birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, graduations, get-well wishes, or just because. Choose from:

• Box bouquets: fresh flowers in our custom-designed carton bag. The wrapping lifts off easily, so the bouquet can go straight into a vase. Each one comes with a flower-care card, a sachet of flower food and a free message card.
• Mini Tanella: small bouquets, from AED 95.
• Rose bouquets: roses in red, pink, white, peach and many more colours, from 10 stems up. The Red Velvet Rose Bouquet goes up to 100 roses.
• Blooming Box, vases and baskets: flowers arranged in a Tanella box, a clear glass vase or a wicker basket.
• Cakes and bundles: our 1 kg cakes serve 8–10 people and come in seven flavours, from chocolate to pistachio. Bundles pair a flower bouquet with a cake (or chocolates) and balloons.
• Balloons and message picks: helium balloons, birthday numbers, and newborn, graduation and wedding balloons, plus acrylic picks with Arabic and English messages such as "مبروك التخرج" (Congratulations on your graduation).
• Bouquet Builder: design your own bouquet.

Type your message in the card-message box on the product page. It takes up to 255 characters, enough for two or three lines. You can also tick Send as a gift & add a message in the cart to add the recipient's name and contact, your name and a personal note. Every order comes with a free message card.

Before you pay, read your message once more and check the names. Ordering on WhatsApp? Paste the card text into the chat with your order.

Choose Store Pickup in the cart. After you order, WhatsApp us on +971 54 468 9721 with your order number and the time you'll come, and we'll send you the pickup address. Pickup orders are usually ready in about an hour, you can collect until 11 PM, and pickup is free.

Fresh-cut flowers need a little care. Box bouquets come with a flower-care card and a sachet of flower food. When they arrive, lift the bouquet out of its carton, put it in a vase of clean water and add the flower food.

If your flowers arrive damaged, tell us within 2 hours of delivery by WhatsApp (+971 54 468 9721) or email (hello@tanella.ae). Send your order number and photos of the damage. Reports received after 2 hours don't qualify for a refund or replacement. If you're unhappy with the quality, contact us promptly and we'll make every effort to put it right. Please make sure the recipient is available and can be reached at the delivery time. If a delivery can't be completed because the recipient or sender can't be reached, no refund is issued.

1. Online: choose your flowers, pick the delivery date and time slot in the cart, add your card message and check out.
2. On WhatsApp: tap the green WhatsApp button on any product page to open a chat with the product already filled in, or message +971 54 468 9721. Tell us the product and size, the delivery date and area, and your card message.
3. Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or split the amount into instalments with Tabby. Prices are in UAE dirhams, and 5% VAT is added at checkout.
