We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. In the cart you choose the emirate, the delivery date and a time slot. You can also pick up your order in Abu Dhabi; we send you the pickup address on WhatsApp.
Order by 11 PM UAE time and we deliver in Abu Dhabi the same day. For same-day delivery to Dubai and Sharjah, order by 3 PM. Orders to Al Ain, Al Dhafra, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah arrive the next day.
Delivery is free anywhere in the UAE on orders over AED 200. Orders up to AED 200 pay AED 35, shown at checkout before you pay. Pickup is free.
Yes. In the cart, choose Today, Tomorrow or Schedule, then pick a time slot. In Abu Dhabi the slots are 10 AM–2 PM, 2–6 PM, 6–9 PM and a late slot, 9 PM–12 AM. Each slot takes a limited number of orders, so book early for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and other busy dates.
In Abu Dhabi, yes: tick Fast Delivery on the product page and we deliver within 2 hours, for AED 30.
Yes. Choose Store Pickup in the cart, then WhatsApp us your order number and the time you'll come, and we'll send you the pickup address. Pickup orders are usually ready in about an hour, you can collect until 11 PM, and pickup is free.
Yes. Write it in the card-message box on the product page (up to 255 characters), or tick "Send as a gift & add a message" in the cart. Every order comes with a free message card. Please check the names and spelling before you pay.
Yes. Tap the green WhatsApp button on any product page to open a chat with the product already filled in, or message +971 54 468 9721. Tell us the product and size, the delivery date and area, and your card message.
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, with Apple Pay or Google Pay, or split the amount into instalments with Tabby. Prices are in UAE dirhams, and 5% VAT is added at checkout.
Box bouquets come with a flower-care card and a sachet of flower food. When they arrive, lift the bouquet out of its carton, put it in a vase of clean water and add the flower food.
Fresh-cut flowers can't be refunded or returned once more than 5 hours have passed since the order was placed. Accessories and gift products get a full refund if you cancel before delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The full terms are in our refund policy.
If they arrive damaged, tell us within 2 hours of delivery by WhatsApp (+971 54 468 9721) or email (hello@tanella.ae), with your order number and photos; reports after 2 hours don't qualify for a refund or replacement. If your delivery is running late, WhatsApp us your order number and we'll check on it right away. If we deliver late, we'll give you a complimentary coupon for your next order. Please make sure the recipient can be reached at the delivery time: if the recipient or sender can't be reached, the delivery can't be completed and no refund is issued.
Yes. Our 1 kg cakes serve 8–10 people and come in seven flavours, from chocolate to pistachio. Bundles pair a flower bouquet with a cake (or chocolates) and balloons. We also have helium balloons, birthday numbers, newborn, graduation and wedding balloons, and acrylic message picks in Arabic and English.
Birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, graduations, get-well wishes, or just because, with seasonal collections for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Eid and UAE National Day. You can also design your own bouquet with the Bouquet Builder.
