Here is how delivery works at Tanella Flowers: the order cut-off times, the delivery fee, how to choose the delivery date and time slot, and how to add a card message. Everything below comes from our delivery policy and our Delivery & FAQ page.
Order cut-off times
- Abu Dhabi: same-day delivery for orders placed by 11:00 PM (UAE time). The latest delivery slot is 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM. See flower delivery in Abu Dhabi.
- Dubai and Sharjah: same-day delivery for orders placed by 3:00 PM. See flower delivery in Dubai and flower delivery in Sharjah.
- Al Ain, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: next-day delivery. See flower delivery in Al Ain.
Delivery fee
Delivery is free on orders over AED 200. For orders up to AED 200, delivery costs AED 35.
Choosing the delivery date and time slot
In the cart, choose your emirate, then the delivery day and a time slot. The cart shows the time slots open for that emirate and day. You can also choose a later date if the flowers are for another day.
Adding a card message
Every order comes with a free message card. On the product page, type your message in the card-message box (up to 255 characters). Or, in the cart, tick "Send as a gift & add a message" and add the recipient's name and contact, your name and your message. For ideas, see our card message ideas in English and Arabic.
